Lihiya completes its brand journey at AFWL 2015

Regular readers will have seen Africa Fashion covering two designers in recent months. One of them, Dumile Dlamini, presented her full collection at Africa Fashion Week London yesterday – to rapturous applause. We captured the final walk – and the presentation of the designer herself – to give you an idea of the kind of fashion that new designers are bringing to market.

Dumile’s family originated in the Kingdom of Swaziland, but they made a permanent move to Taipei nearly twenty years ago.

Her collection shows a strong sense of African design, with a Far East twist, and it was great seeing her take the applause at the end with her sister Tivamile Benele Dlamini. It shows just how much support you need to bring your dreams alive.
